September’s GEO Rank Report reveals a clear shift in the Generative Engine Optimization landscape. While established players like SE Ranking continue to dominate overall traffic, legacy tools such as Surfer SEO and Neuron Writer are showing early signs of stagnation. In contrast, new entrants — Peec AI, Brandlight AI, Bluefish AI, Aicarma, and Semai AI — are rapidly gaining momentum with double- and triple-digit growth rates. This data underscores a pivotal trend: the GEO market is moving away from traditional SEO-style dominance toward AI-native visibility, where agility, innovation, and integration with AI ecosystems determine success. The next phase of competition will favor tools that can measure, influence, and sustain visibility across large language models — making AI-driven discoverability the new frontier of digital marketing.

Hi everyone — I’m Cyber Victor.
Starting this month, I’ll be releasing monthly rankings for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) tools and platforms worldwide — ranked by monthly active visits and accompanied by detailed traffic insights.
Each report will help reveal the evolving dynamics of the GEO ecosystem — showing which tools are growing fast, which are hitting plateaus, and how the overall competition is reshaping.
With the global boom of Generative Engine Optimization tools, September’s traffic data offers a fascinating snapshot of where the industry is heading.
Monthly visit numbers not only reflect user preferences, but also the momentum and strategic positioning of each product. Some tools are gaining serious traction, while others are starting to slow down.
Let’s dive into the data.
Still holding the crown.
September visits reached 1.36 million, up 0.43% month-over-month.
Already a heavyweight in SEO, SE Ranking remains one of the most widely used tools globally — a clear indication of its enduring appeal and strong product-market fit.
Ranks second but faces growing headwinds.
September traffic came in at 879K, a sharp 8.9% decline, losing around 86K visits.
Despite its solid brand recognition, Surfer SEO seems to be entering a phase of slower growth amid intensifying competition.
Remains stable and consistent.
September traffic stood at 287K, up 0.88%.
While the growth rate isn’t huge, its steady climb shows solid user retention and reliability.
The breakout star of the month.
Traffic soared to 172K, marking an impressive 16% growth — propelling Peec AI into the top four GEO tools.
This kind of sustained acceleration makes it one of the most promising emerging players to watch.
Experienced a minor dip, with traffic at 167K, down 1.6%.
Not a major drop, but it does suggest slowing momentum compared with the new wave of AI-first competitors.
The month’s undisputed growth leader — up 16% in September.
Its surge signals strong word-of-mouth growth and possibly smart product iteration.
A phenomenal 122.7% jump, reaching 26K monthly visits — nearly doubling its audience in a single month.
This kind of exponential growth makes Brandlight AI a serious contender to watch in Q4.
Both delivered impressive growth:
Also gained notable traction — up 13.8% and 59.5%, respectively — further confirming that the GEO market is diversifying fast.
Down 8.9% — the sharpest decline among top players.
While it still holds the #2 spot, its growth momentum is clearly waning. Surfer may need a refreshed strategy or new features to keep pace with emerging AI-powered competitors.
Slight dip of 1.6% — not alarming, but it suggests that newer, more dynamic entrants are starting to erode its market share.
September’s data paints a clear picture of change.
This shift reflects a broader industry trend:
The GEO market is becoming more diverse and innovation-driven.
New entrants are winning users not by brute-force marketing, but through product differentiation, usability, and integration with AI workflows.
If these up-and-comers maintain their momentum, the competitive hierarchy could look dramatically different within a few months.
Peec AI, Brandlight AI, Bluefish AI, Aicarma, and Semai AI
All showcased strong growth trajectories in September.
Peec AI and Brandlight AI, in particular, delivered explosive gains — both in visibility and user engagement.
Surfer SEO and Neuron Writer
While still powerful brands, they’re showing signs of stagnation — highlighting the need for renewed innovation and clearer value differentiation.
Whether it’s long-established tools refining their offerings or new entrants rewriting the rules, one thing is clear:
The GEO tools market is in the midst of a major realignment.
In this new phase, speed of adaptation will define success.
Whoever best captures — and retains — user attention will ultimately dominate the next chapter of AI-driven content optimization.
